What interior services do you provide?

We love both smaller scale projects that involve anything from sourcing furnishings or decor to larger projects that involve remodels or even new builds.
Would I benefit from Interior Design?

You may benefit from interior design services if... -Your home has some sticking points or areas that are causing you frustration. -You don't feel like you can relax and enjoy the spaces you live in. -You know you want some changes in your home but aren't sure where to start. -You don't feel like your home represents you and your unique personality and style. We believe strongly that design is something that should be accessible to all and that it can enrich the lives of everyone. We believe that small projects are worthwhile and that even the small changes can have a big impact. As a result, our services are scalable to accommodate various types of projects.

What types of spaces do you stage?

We work on both occupied and unoccupied residences for staging. For occupied residences we will work with clients on furniture arrangement and decorating with items they have on hand. For unoccupied residences, furnishings and decor will be provided to finish home according to its unique needs.
What is the staging process?

We start with a consultation to review the space and determine if our services match the clients needs. An estimate is provided at this time for staging which includes a 30 day rental and a subsequent monthly rental amount (for unoccupied residences). If we proceed with services, a contract will be sent out and dates of services agreed upon. We do request 14 days notice prior to closing to provide ample time to clear out any staging at unoccupied residences. We know that timing is everything in real estate and we do our best to accommodate any timeline needs.
What do you use for staging?

We believe in utilizing a mixture of vintage and contemporary items to create a look that feels unique and yet works with each individual home. We desire to create a sense of "home" that is inviting to those walking through the front door.
What is vintage sourcing?

Vintage sourcing is helpful for the client that is desiring unique and one-of-a-kind pieces for their spaces. With age comes a patina that adds just the right amount of character and story to a space. And character and story is something we can ever get enough of!
